Booking & payment
By completing a booking you agree to pay the total quoted, including taxes and any selected add-ons. You may choose to pay a 50% deposit at booking with the balance due 14 days before arrival, or pay 100% upfront. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Guest responsibilities
Guests agree to abide by the House Rules. The lead guest is responsible for the behaviour of all guests in their party and for any damage caused during the stay.
Liability
Tranquility Haven Suite is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or any indirect damages arising from your stay, except where caused by our negligence and to the extent required by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
