House Rules

A handful of simple guidelines so every guest can enjoy a calm, comfortable, and respectful stay.

• Check-in

  From 3:00 PM. Self check-in with a personal door code sent the morning of arrival.

• Check-out

  By 11:00 AM. Late check-out can occasionally be arranged on request, subject to availability.

• Quiet hours

  10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep voices and music low on the rooftop and in shared areas.

• Pool & lounge

  Open daily 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM for in-house guests. Children must be supervised at all times. No glassware by the pool.

• Smoking

  The suite is strictly non-smoking (including vaping). Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

• Pets

  We are unable to accommodate pets. Service animals welcome with prior notice.

• Visitors

  Day visitors are welcome between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice. Overnight guests beyond the booking party are not permitted.

• Events & parties

  No parties or commercial events. The suite is for residential, vacation use only.

• Damage & loss

  Please treat the suite as your own. Any accidental damage should be reported immediately so we can resolve it together.

• Safety

  Please familiarize yourself with the fire exits and the location of the first-aid kit (in the kitchen).
